Pro Distribution Package Pro provides a comprehensive solution for managing goods distribution activities, from warehouse management to sales transactions and customer service. This package includes key modules and features:

1. Phí vận chuyển: Phí vận chuyển sẽ được tính toán dựa trên trọng lượng đơn hàng và khoảng cách địa lý từ cửa hàng đến địa chỉ của Quý khách. Mức phí chi tiết sẽ hiển thị tại bước thanh toán hoặc được Cửa hàng thông báo xác nhận lại với Quý khách sau khi đặt đơn (đối với các đơn hàng cồng kềnh hoặc thỏa thuận riêng).
2. Thời gian xử lý và giao hàng:
Thời gian chuẩn bị hàng: 1 - 2 ngày làm việc.
Thời gian giao hàng dự kiến: Từ 2 - 5 ngày làm việc tùy thuộc vào vị trí địa lý và đơn vị vận chuyển.
3. Đơn vị vận chuyển: Chúng tôi hợp tác với các đơn vị uy tín để đảm bảo hàng hóa đến tay Quý khách an toàn nhất.
Chính sách hoàn tiền
1. Điều kiện hoàn tiền: Cửa hàng cam kết hoàn tiền 100% giá trị sản phẩm trong các trường hợp sau:
Sản phẩm bị lỗi kỹ thuật do nhà sản xuất.
Sản phẩm không đúng với mô tả hoặc hình ảnh trên website.
Đơn hàng đã thanh toán trước nhưng bị hủy hợp lệ (do hết hàng hoặc thỏa thuận hủy đơn).
2. Thời gian và phương thức hoàn tiền:
Quy trình hoàn tiền sẽ được tiến hành sau khi Cửa hàng nhận được hàng trả về và kiểm tra tình trạng sản phẩm.
Thời gian hoàn tiền: Từ 5 - 7 ngày làm việc.
Phương thức: Chuyển khoản ngân hàng hoặc hoàn về phương thức thanh toán ban đầu.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
1. Chính sách Hủy đơn hàng:
Quý khách được phép hủy đơn hàng miễn phí khi đơn hàng đang ở trạng thái \"Chờ xác nhận\" hoặc \"Đang xử lý\".
Không hỗ trợ hủy đơn khi đơn hàng đã chuyển sang trạng thái \"Đang giao hàng\" cho đơn vị vận chuyển.
2. Chính sách Đổi - Trả hàng:
Thời gian: Trong vòng 03 - 07 ngày kể từ khi nhận hàng thành công.
Yêu cầu: Sản phẩm phải còn nguyên tem mác, chưa qua sử dụng, còn đầy đủ phụ kiện và bao bì nguyên vẹn.
Lưu ý quan trọng: Quý khách vui lòng QUAY VIDEO CLIP quá trình mở kiện hàng (rõ mã vận đơn). Cửa hàng sẽ không giải quyết khiếu nại về thiếu hàng hoặc bể vỡ nếu không có video bằng chứng.
Chi phí: Miễn phí đổi trả nếu lỗi từ phía Cửa hàng. Khách hàng chịu phí vận chuyển 2 chiều nếu đổi trả do nhu cầu cá nhân (đổi size, đổi mẫu, không ưng ý).
